Having Not Having

We all know what it feels like to want something we don't have.
Unfortunately, this is part of life. Many are in a state wanting and not having, a state of lack that never seems to go away.

How we feel influences how we see ourselves and the reality of our lives. When we feel we are lacking, we may feel angry and depressed. Yet when we feel fullfilled we tend to be happy and content.

Perhaps real happiness isn't having what you want, but wanting what you have.
